read nodes-dump and parse into simple tree, save in index
calculate LCA for every query sequence with matches and add to output
flatten and cleanup tree; save heights
add stuff to blastrecord/blastmatch (including changing implemented field)
also parse taxnames so one can print the species/genus/... names
analyze the few left over nodes without names 🤔
update readme and wiki
