We see 00000000 instead of 0 and 10000000 instead of 1:
Note: in phpmyadmin the values are 0 and 1

When trying to change the value to 0, the following error shows up:

Duplicate of #2254
This has been fixed a long time ago. You should update to 1.1.2!

Updated SequelPro and the problem is fixed.
