Hi,

I'm trying to use this library and I include the package com.github.seratch:awscala_2.10:0.8.1

This includes aws-jdk versions 1.11.415 e.g. com.amazonaws#aws-java-sdk-s3;1.11.445

I get the following error however:

scala> import awscala._, s3._
import awscala._
import s3._

scala>

scala> implicit val s3 = S3.at(Region.Tokyo)
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class awscala.package$

Note: I'm running this on spark scala shell, version 1.6.3

Cheers

Version 5.5 doesn't throw the error. Could this be a java version issue. I'm using java 7.

I'm afraid that it seems like happening due to Spark scala shell. I was not able to reproduce the situation on the standard REPL.
