General Workflow

In general, the steps involved in creating semantic descriptions with Pheoscript are as follows:

• Install Phenoscript for VS Code, and the Phenospy Python package.

• Configure your project and snippets.

• Describe your phenotypes in VS Code using Phenoscipt.

  • Create an annotated natural language descriptions in Markdown format.
