Changes

• Both BSD and ISO timestamps in logs could be parsed now
• Added an optional configuration file to process server replies in NOQUEUE/status/other log records and express them as postfix_smtp_status_replies_total/postfix_smtp_replies_total/postfix_noqueue_reject_replies_total
• Thus postfix_noqueue_rejects_total was removed
