Install

git clone https://github.com/SergeyJdanuk/chrome-plugin-jira-developer-comment jdc-plugin
cd jdc-plugin
npm install
node_modules/.bin/bower install
node_modules/.bin/gulp it will create a dist dir.
Open in chrome browser: Settings -> Extensions
Check "Developer mode" field.
Click "Load unpacked extension" button
Select "jdc-plugin/dist" dir
