Changes on 1.7.11:
• Added lock system to prevent launcher from running if on going maintenance to prevent file loss on the client side
• Fixed file validation not updating files with same size even tho they where different (still not md5 checksum.. takes forever to do it)
• Some parts of the code where not checking correctly if it was on Debug mode
