Project Portafolio v3

this is the third project for the portafolio, its is catalog app with basic CRUD operations, google sign for authentication and JSON endpoint

Running the Restaurant Menu App

if the database is not present create a new one. Type python db_setup.py to initialize the database.
add sample records to the database for testing. Type python V3addCat.py
Type python V2project3.py to run the Flask web server.
In chrome visit http://localhost:8000 to view the catalog APP.
