Service grouping & ordering

It should be possible to group and order services - users with more services could use that.

Would this include some sort of a category group overview as well?
Par example: Category one gets the "minor outage label" if some services get an "major outage" or "minor outage".
And if everything goes to something different then operational it get "major outage".

Unfortunately have to move this to 1.2.0 because I will need to set up update system first - I need to be able to programatically add or alter tables to add new features, doing it manually would be a lot of hassle. Hope it doesn't cause too much inconvenience. On a positive note - this basically means I will release 1.1.0 a lot sooner than I expected 🙂
