How do I generate passwords.yaml again?

I was on a windows cleaning spree and since all my projects are backed up on Github, I deleted the local files. I don't have passwords.yaml file which is giving me this error

Failed to load passwords. Serverpod cannot not start. when I try to start the server using dart .\bin\main.dart --apply-migrations in server directory. How do I generate it again or would I need to manually create it?

Ran into the same thing, and attempts to recreate one failed 😅 I ended up creating a new project and use its passwords.yaml.

Just copy and update the development section with the relevant parameters from the docker-compose.yaml file.

Yeah! We can make this a little easier, today there is no automated way to just create dummy or development passwords.yaml.
