This repo's readme haas an old version of the Layer5 community sign.

Desired State:
Replace with the version from github.com/meshery/meshery.

I am interested in addressing issue #125. After a thorough review of the contributing documentation available, I find myself in need of further clarification regarding the appropriate steps to proceed.

Would it be acceptable for me to fork the repository and establish a new branch for the purpose of implementing the necessary fixes, subsequently submitting a pull request?
