Inline formatting contexts in 2020 are still affected, I think I started a draft patch at some point but didn't finish it.

@Loirooriol Thanks. If I'm not wrong this is also the issue in #10464 as well, right? In that case the image's intrinsic size is large, but it should be smaller due to the float's container having a width of 100px.
