A simple GUI for maxcso.
maxcso uses great compression for ISO files, but is commandline only. This program fixes that. Simply copy the "maxcso.exe" file to the same directory as "maxcsoGUI" and run maxcsoGUI. Tested to work also with "maxcso32.exe," just rename it to "maxcso.exe"
