S4 Bei Niederlage werden Türme und Burgen fertig gebaut:

Dies betrifft nur Militärgebäude, dies scheint eine bewusste Entwicklerentscheidung gewesen zu sein.

Fixbar sollte es theoretisch einfach sein, da wahrscheinlich eine ausnahme für diese Gebäude(-ID)s vorliegt.
