This repository contains CWL workflows for the following UW-GAC GENESIS pipelines for TopMED data:
- VCF to GDS converter
- Null Model (Association testing)
- Single Variant (Association testing)
The CWL wraps the tools described in https://github.com/UW-GAC/analysis_pipeline
