When the project is deleted, the associated tasks, and time entries also get deleted.
Sometimes the events are consumed in Task-Service, while other times it is consumed in TimeEntry-Service; whereas it should be consumed by both services!

When the project is deleted, that project is shared in an kafka event, where we can either delete the associated tasks, and time entries, or only detach them of that project and tasks.
