For the time being, I've started a deploy hook from the develop branch into http://adoptadrainsf.herokuapp.com/ - It's erroring out right now, need to track down the logs. I'll dig more into this later tonight. (sfbrigade/adopt-a-drain#10 fixed the erroring issue)

We can hook in master to Azure if that's where we decide to work with it in production. The develop branch is more for playing around with, breaking and testing.
