Issue with Mass Action Scheduler Setup

I just installed the newest version of Mass Action Scheduler in an FSC org and am getting errors that it can't connect with IFrame. I have gone through the prerequisites and setup but I am not having any luck. I get the error when I try to create a new configuration.

@kcrane13 - I'm betting the release update "Winter ’22 - Enable Secure Static Resources for Lightning Components" is enabled (test run turned on). This matches the behavior of issue #153. Try disabling the Test Run of that update.

I had already checked that and I do not think it is enabled. See attached screen shot.
