Holes in terrain with Age2HD media #73

After the game loads fully (took a while)

The map is shown with some holes on terrain. I don't know if it's caused by a difference in age2HD media content or by other bug related with the open driver (radeonSI)

same here, but classic conquerors data (spanish version)... are that holes intended?

The -1 indicates the terrain tile is missing, this is indeed intentional. I used it for the building placement
collision detection testing.
This also demonstrated that we support map borders smaller than chunk size.

We should fill the holes to avoid further confusion.
