Admin UI: Simplify layout #43

The admin layout currently is providing a master-detail view.
Also considering the layout on mobile devices, the user list could span the entire screen and edits/deletions could be some sort of popunder to the current selected user list item.

Question is: How should one be able to create a new user?

Also the tab interface (user details/cards) could be streamlined into one grid layout which then flows nicely on mobile.
