Do you intend to maintain API compatibility with cgminer? is this possible?

The API hasn't been touched too much (except for what is no longer available, such as FPGAs/ASICs. Here's the commits that did.

I guess as long as the general API remains: summary, devs, etc. It sounds like you guys aren't planning any major changes
