Created the Eclipse project files needed to build jogl. These files don't contain any absolute paths, but they do depend on the user setting up the JRE and Ant properly inside Eclipse.

Here are the Eclipse project files for jogl as requested by Sven in his email yesterday. Instructions for building in Eclipse are at https://jogamp.org/wiki/index.php/Building_JOGL_in_Eclipse.
As soon as this pull is accepted I'll modify the instructions to say that the project files already exist -- right now they tell how to create them from scratch.
