The badge/link to https://app.bountysource.com/teams/shaarli/issues in the README has been broken for some time.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bountysource#History states that As of June 2023, Bountysource appears to have stopped paying bounties to developers with verified claims. The Blockchain Group also appears to have stopped responding to Bountysource users.[11][12] and there are numerous issues mentioning this problem.

Additionally no bounties for Shaarli issues have ever been placed since this was added back in 2015.

We should remove the bountysource badge from the README.
