Graph calculation crashes if not all cobra dependencies are listed in the root app's Gemfile #1

Gems that are only used for testing in certain gems might not be included in the main app's Gemfile. If this is the case the app crashes on trying to insert a node for that gem.

Could this apply in other situations as well?

This is fixed by 6470887 and gem version 0.2.1
