unitframes: further options for buff/debuff anchors

Hi Shagu,

It would be great if you could add the option to position Buffs/Debuffs left or right of UnitFrames (especially for Party/Raid Frames so one can stack them above each other without having to leave space for Buffs/Debuffs)

Suggestion to add:
Left Top
Left Bottom
Right Top
Right Bottom

I´m sorry if this function was already requested before. I tried searching for similar issues and only found this one, which is relatively similar, but it was closed without any comment if it is planned for the future or will never be done.
