How To Aquire Widevine Encryption Keys? #1413

Sorry this isn't directly Shaka, i have nowhere better to post this.
Can anyone point me where to aquire Widevine encryption keys?

So far I've tried via https://developers.google.com/widevine/drm/overview#issuing_widevine_licenses, but the "Proxy SDK" link is broken, and I anyway don't know how to get keys for the proxy SDK.

Any complete tutorial will also be greatly appreciated.

You need to become CWIP, its a lengthy process that also requires on-site training
