HLS Master Manifests, in the #EXT-X-STREAM-INF can have an AVERAGE-BANDWIDTH attribute, that can help the ABR algorithm on some devices.

@kqyang What would be involved in calculating and including the HLS master manifest the AVERAGE-BANDWIDTH values?
