Pull Request template still does not show up.
In PR #3202 , the PR template was added in the wrong folder directory.
GitHub by default load the file
.github/pull_request_template.mdas the PR template.The PR earlier was added in
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/pull_request_template.mddue to which it is'nt showing up :)
