Silent failure

Recent update of package-lock has updated the dependencies and sprites are no longer being produced. Tried on 10.15 as well as current node versions; but the best I can manage is correct output of a couple of SVGs, as soon as it's processing more files it's completing but there's no debug output.

Tried difference SVGs, clean formatting, and each time the same. Re-introducing an older package-lock clears the issue so there's definitely and updated dependency which is causing the fail.
