Flashing the OpenDeck firmware

DISCLAIMER: I take no responsibility if you manage to destroy any board or equipment while following the steps laid out in this document. Flashing OpenDeck firmware to any supported AVR board, Arduino Nano 33 BLE or Adafruit ItsyBitsy nRF52840 means that they will not be usable from Arduino IDE anymore, that is, you will not be able to upload sketches to them after the OpenDeck is loaded unless original firmware and fuse settings are restored. This is beyond the scope of this document. For Teensy++ 2.0 restoration of the ability of uploading sketches with Teensy loader is NOT possible after the OpenDeck firmware is loaded. Proceed at your own risk.
