您好，能稍微再详细一些么？具体是哪个CSV，然后这个截图是想运行哪个Demo呢？

有尝试过拿VSCode等编辑器直接打开CSV文件么？

用webstorm打开是这个样子

我这边用webstorm和vscode打开都是没有问题的

请问是否clone的最新版本的代码么？之前有一个版本确实出现过这个问题。
或者也可以尝试用记事本打开，然后另存为utf-8格式的文件。
