This release includes support for gnu_legacy output of CSI sequences via a feature gate. This should resolve one of the outstanding issues in #48

Sorry, we broke the API with the release in an unintended way. Will look into how we resolve this to not cause this churn for library users. nushell/nu-ansi-term#46

hi, I will use the commit id for my feature branch for gnu_legacy until its fixed/re-released, I would suggest staying on 0.47 on main for now.

This release fixes the problem that blocked sharkdp#68

This PR just keeps the behavior as before and does not yet incorporate
the GNU compatibility focussed changes as worked on in sharkdp#66
