This release adds the following enhancements to the linter:
- Print a info message, if the user is using the root user, telling him, to switch the user if possible
- Print a info message, if the user is using network_mode: host, telling him, to try to avoid it if possible
- Print a error message, if on a first app submission the releaseNotes field is not empty
