Add labels to forms (including form extensions) and its elements

Basic structure for #2 done. Still need to add more types of element.

QuickFilter control isint recognized, so placeholder value cannot be converted to label att his stage

Require to add other element types
Currently works for Groups, action pane, grid, String control
Drawback - QuickFilter control isint recognized and it has a "placeholder" property whose value cannot be converted to label at this stage
