Include ES5-sham #21

Any particular reason you did not include any of the ES5-sham?

Two reasons:

Most of the shams don't provide full coverage of the ES5 spec; and
I've never found a compelling reason to use the Object shams in IE8. As long as d3 mostly works, I'm happy.

If you need the Object shams, you should be fine to just include es5-sham.js alongside aight.
