Randomisations - change p-rank approach, update GUI colouring like z-scores #856

The p-rank lists in the randomisations can be confusing to users. These should be simplified so that all values are given, but values <0.5 take into account any ties.

The GUI should also colour the data using the same approach as for z-scores.

Now values within the 5-95 percentile range are kept
instead of being set to nodata.
