Include private posts when fetching user posts.

Hi Shawn - We're using this plugin on the CUNY Academic Commons, and found it limiting that 'private' posts are not available. This PR rectifies that.

Hey, Boone. Thanks for the PR. I merged this in and then made some updates on another branch. I need to setup a test environment to make sure that I didn't break anything. After I do that, I'll go try to find my WordPress.org credentials and push an update to the plugin.
