Replace Umlauts

If i'm posting a article via Open Live Writer what contains umlauts in the title, i get a slug like "geschätzte-Zeit".
Now i would like to implement one of that solutions
But what would be the right place? The WilderWeblogProvider.cs? And if yes where is the right place there?

Sounds like it's a UTF-8 issue. You could fix it there, or you could submit a PR if you figure it out. I'll be able to look at this next week.
