Here are some scripts for Adobe InDesign placed, that may help you in your workflow.
This scripts generates for selected objects a list of name, position and size. Position and size are exported as mm from InDesign. Illustrator exports it as px.
I made this script, to fill a PDF with data.
This script is also compatible with Adobe Illustrator.
