NSFW mark always get unchecked when edit a NSFW post. #87

When trying to edit an NSFW post with alexandrite, the NSFW box always get unchecked.

You must remember to recheck that box before hit update or the post would be post as SFW.

Oops, good catch! I will get this fixed in the next release.

          Support 0.19 auth changes, nsfw edit fix

The main part of this is updating to the way 0.19 does auth.

Additionally, if you edit a post that was marked NSFW, the NSFW setting defaults to the current value. Previously you'd need to check it again, fixes #87.
