As of Lemmy 0.19, they have introduced the scaled sorting mode.

LemmyNet/lemmy#3907

Alexandrite is currently lacking this option in the UI.

Hi, I second this request - scaled option is really important to check smaller communities on niche topics.
(by the way, you can see scaled within Alexandrite (+ a 0.19 instance) - just needs &sort=Scaled at the end of the URL)
