Made a flask version

That is really cool! But I dont think I would want to make this Sherlock into a flask version because I like command line tools. I guess we can have both versions, you can maintain the flask version and I maintain the command line version :)

What you did is very helpful for users who are unfamiliar with the terminal or Python
