Hide some of the action options that are not relevant to the side bar

The most used action button on the side bar/side menu is Common, hide the other ones that are not useful to the side menu

• When a user configure side menu, the only option available should be common

Update on Action button

• Rename Designer Form to Form
• Rename Configuration Framework to Configuration Items
• Hide Debug panel on the action list option

Debug panel should be removed from the actions and should be placed next to edit mode button. It should only display if you are a developer

The implementation has been done on the main action button, handle success and fail has all the action items. This will be kept like this, in case where users will require more options to handle success/fail
