Add Support for External DNS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I love this project and what it helps provide! In my case, I use Dreamhost as my DNS provider/manager. Is it possible to enable this to NOT do a DNS Zone/Name?

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the ability to specify "Azure Managed / Not-Azure Managed" for the Function.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried not specifying a DNS Zone/Name, but the submit button doesn't work w/o it.

Additional context
I'm willing to work on the PR if you can point me in the right direction.

There are no plans to add support for anything other than Azure DNS in this project, as Container Apps is said to support import of Key Vault certificates in the future.

When Key Vault certificate import is supported, the following projects become options

To be clear, I'm not asking for support of non-Azure DNS. I'm asking to support NOT SPECIFYING Azure DNS. Let me provision DNS manually and use the tool to fetch the certificates.

Is that possible?

Manual provisioning is not possible. There are no plans for support.
