Material Design release

Massive codebase edit to coincide with the material design release. Material design UI is provided by the KivyMD library. There is a caveat: bottomsheet.py is a modified version of the slide-up menu provided by KivyMD with a patch for button activity that was not merged into the master repo. Functionality is the same otherwise.

F-Droid has no current implementation for Python4Android projects so I cannot upload via them.

Android Beta release

Preview of the android APK that will hit Google Play. Android 2.3.4 minimum. This application has been tested at a minimum screen size of 320x480 pixels. Android Marshmallow, Kitkat and Gingerbread have been tested. Please report issues and provide screenshots. Instructions on building and pushing the app through USB debugging will come shortly.
