Discord Opt-in, fixes

• Discord Integration is now opt-in from the Options screen. Requires restart. You can still register URL handler for invite links regardless of this.
• General programming fixes.

Vanity invite links, bugfixes & logging

• Added vanity invite links to the lobby, click on the lobby code on the screen to copy.
• Fixed Discord bugs.
• Added more logging to track bugs.

Lobby tweaks & misc fixes

• Click on the Lobby Code in the lobby screen to copy an invitation link to your clipboard, any user with the handler installed (by running Concerto as admin at least once) will be able to join you with it.
• More Discord related fixes.

7/16/21 - Discord & more

• Discord integration. Broadcast your current activity and allow players to join your public lobby via Discord.
  • In order to join other player lobbies through Discord you must run Concerto as admin at once. If you change the location of your MBAACC directory, run it as admin again to update the handler.
• Launch options for connecting to lobby, joining or watching matches by IP.
• Improved support for other languages on the internals.
• Improved detection of "playing" during lobby play to mark players in a match.
