This PR sets up the firmware package using Platform IO. I'm having some difficulty programming the leonardo outside the Arduino IDE in a consistent manner, and this with an ISP was the closest I got. This is not ideal as it is not the standard arduino programming over USB, but it's all I could get working.
If anyone else can get it working, let me know.
