Use the shell to download all dependentn libraries and build the slam development environment, including the dependent libraries, Eigen3, Sophus, Pangolin, Ceres, G2O, PCL and opencv3.2.0 and opencv 3.4.1.
We build the opencv3.2.0 and opencv3.4.1 simultaneously. You can commet one of them if you only want one.
Test successfully at ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
install packages: env_initial.sh
remove all download packages: env_reset.sh
