1. jQuery.ajaxの使用をやめる
2. tissue.tsに実装されているjQuery PluginをVanillaな実装で置き換える
3. $()をquerySelectorAllあたりに置き換えるなどして、アプリケーションのコードからjQueryを排除していく
4. Bootstrap 5を待つ (Bootstrap 5 #448)

Bootstrapの関係で、完全廃止はしばらく無理。ここで無理してBootstrapのJS部分をVanillaな実装に差し替えるのも割に合わない。
なので、その辺では$()とか使うのは許容。
