#245 をコピペして作りました。

PHP 7.3のEOLまであと半年を切っていたので、そろそろやらなきゃ……。

一部の依存関係パッケージが8.0対応の代わりに7.3を切っており、パッケージだけ更新してからPHPを上げるみたいな戦法が取れなさそう。

検証環境で目立ったアラートが上がってこなかったら本番環境ぶっつけで入れ替える
